Essential is defined as: absolutely necessary; extremely important.
Your Essential Self
Your Essential Self* was designed to help people understand how their own behaviours and perspectives play an important role as a positive contribution to all relationships, teams, communities and organizations. Your title doesn’t matter, being a human does.
The 5 modules are built with the understanding that in order to be an exceptional leader, we must first learn to manage ourselves. The fundamental skills delivered in this program will impact all areas of your life.
How it works
This program is delivered online with one of our lead Facilitators. It consists of five go-at-your-own-pace sessions, workbooks and handouts throughout to continue and deepen your learning, 1 x 30min private coaching session with a Corker Collective Coach.
